Art and Conservation Night is a one-night event hosted by Audubon Alaska to #BringBirdsBack through the celebration of “art and conservation” during the 2023 Alaska Bird Conference. The event is from 7 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13 at Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center. Attendees and vendors can expect lectures from accomplished scientist and conservationist Dr. Peter Marra and wildlife conservation photographer Gerrit Vyn, an art fair with roughly 30 artists, information booths from nonprofit conservation organizations, a silent auction, light refreshments, and a cash bar. The expected attendance is around 200. Cost is $30 per person via Eventbrite.
