Refuge Cove State Recreation Site
Refuge Cove State Recreation Site is a 13-acre park with half a mile of public beach access. The adjacent Tongass Narrows is a good place to look for waterfowl, seabirds, and other water birds. There is often a flock of Western Grebes (about 75 to 200 birds) in Tongass Narrows that's visible between October and April.
